Is parking available at the Furry Pit Stop?

Yes, there is one ofroad parking space available in my driveway, it’s usually signposted.

Can I stay with my dog whilst it’s being groomed?

Usually it’s better if you don’t as your dog will naturally want to be with their human.

Can I stay with my dog for a nail trim?

Absolutely, it’s normally a quick job.

Are nails trimmed using clippers or Dremel drill?

Currently I only use clippers as I find it to be quicker and less traumatic.

How long will the groom take?

It depends, most grooms are around 90 minutes, however if you have a big, bouncy, double coated dog it can take anything up to 4 hours.

Will my dog meet any other dogs?

Normally no, but every now and then they may meet another dog at the start or end of the groom. If this however is an issue I will make sure they don’t.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit cards, bank transfer or even good old fashioned cash.

Do you accept American Express?

Yes, I do.

How do I know when my dog is ready for collection?

I will contact you by whatever method you made contact with me, normally about 10 minutes before your dog is ready.
